    USHER SEX TAPE FOR SALE

    TMZ was approached several days ago by someone claiming to have the sex tape. The person sent us a short video and two photos. We'll keep this PG-13 and just say ... the people in the video are both givers.

    The video and photos are clear -- it's Usher and Tameka.

    Sources close to Usher -- without specifically admitting the existence of a sex tape -- tell us they believe this video could have been among the things Usher had stolen out of his car back in December 2009. Usher reported more than $1,000,000 worth of jewelry and electronics taken -- including two laptop computers.

    A rep for Usher had no comment.

    UPDATE: Foster released a statement to TheYBF.com ... saying, "Would I sanction a sextape being out? Absolutely not. I am a mother and entrepreneur. Sex tapes or pornography would not be my lane. I have no desire to be seen in that way."

    NY: David Guetta write, produces and remixes quite a lot of songs for different artists. His songs are mostly High Energy.

    Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond are battling over the physical custody of the couples two children.
    The ex- Mrs Raymond has demanded that physical joint custody of the kids be taken from the singer stating that he has failed to keep his legal obligations stated in the couples custody settlement.

    Legal documents filed in a Georgia courthouse state that Tameka Raymond is asking for full physical custody immediately due to the facts that the Usher has failed to keep a number of the agreed upon conditions of the original custody decree including ...

    -Allowing Tameka permission to take the children out of state
    -Approval of nannies hired to tend to the children
    -First opportunity to keep the children when Usher is traveling out of town for more than an eight-hour time period
    -Not allowing the children to have their two-week vacation period in 2011 with their mother
    - Failure to allow Tameka Raymond custody of the children over the 2010 Christmas break

    The court documents also state that Usher canceled Tameka's 5th Avenue Saks charge card- after it was promised to be left open-causing Tameka to no longer be allowed to take advantage of the "special benefits" that the card offers.

    Tameka Raymond also alleges that Usher was ordered to pay her $5000 a month so she could hire her own nanny for the children-- but claims that to date the singer is now $34,000 in arrears on child support payments.

    The couple are scheduled to appear on the custody matter in court on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, where the former Mrs. Raymond will also be seeking more child support stating that the singer has had a "substantial change in income since their divorce--- and due to his success, she feels entitled to more child support.


    Kendall L of Cincinnati said" With all the money Usher makes child support should not be an issue here. I wonder what his reasoning for keeping the children away from their mother is though? Seems like there is should be, more to this story, then again this appears to be only her side of it.Will be interesting to see how this plays out in court."

    Agreed. The vocals are on point, and the song is OK for what it is…but I'm not feeling the "trippy" elements fused in sporadically. It could have been worse considering the odd path he's been on these past few years, but it doesn't stand up to "Nice and Slow" or "Burn."

    All it is is a more obnoxious sequel to "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love." Usher let the success of "OMG" go to his head to the point where he now actively courts a teenybopper dance-pop sound and audience so much that it can be called pandering to. This is light years away from (and beneath) the My Way/8701/Confessions eras and he's beginning to look like he's going through an early mid-life crisis.
