HomeI'm wondering if the birthday on Ronan's driver's licence is his real birthday, given that he was kidnapped. Could it be that this will be what triggers Nina's curiosity - when she learns Ronan shares the same birthday as her son, or will it be nothing, because Ronan's driver's license birthday isn't his real birthday at all?

Yes, it is. Seems the woman that kidnapped him knew when he was born because she took him that very minute. She must have told the people she sold him to.

Okay - so Nina's baby boy was born in Aug - not sure of the exact date, though it seems otbe around the 11th or 12, depending on if Y&R is on the same schedule as us.

I think it is his real birthday and it will raise some curosity with Nina and Chloe. I think that is the purpose of the writers telling us that yesterday was his birthday. He was kidnapped at birth so his kidnapper knew exactly when he was born.

Finally caught up on Y&R - didnt realize that Nina had been talking about her son's birthday. I only caught the last few minutes when Ronan said he "didn't do birthdays", so I was curious.

I keep forgetting you don't know the history of the characters. He was kidnapped and sold at birth and she hasn't seen him since. She searched for him for years and never a trace of him. You know I tell you a way to get a quick rundown on the charactes, go to SOC and look up the character profiles.

Yeah _ i think I'll do that. I'm still having so much trouble keeping everyone straight - remember names and what not. Maybe knowing the histories will help me figure everyone out.

After listening to Chloe explain it to Chance, I guess Ronan didn't change his real birthday.
