Having had the flu most of the week I'm just glad to see the week come to a merciful end. Hopefully in time to see some warmer weather for a change, even if it's only temporary.

I'm planning to catch the 2:30 matinee of that movie - gonna go start biking now.

No plans this weekend other than catching up on all the shows I have recorded. Next Saturday we're going into NYC for to see Wicked and then dinner.

Another Friday/weekend docks. What are your plans?

Enjoy "Wicked" Al, it was a great play! Too bad Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoworth are not in it anymore but I am sure their replacements are just as good.

It was superb, Tony! We saw Elphaba's under-study and she was fantastic. I didn't really know much about the show before hand so I checked on-line and found that it was based on a revisionist telling of the story of the "Wicked" Witch of the West. Thinking I knew how the story was going to end, I was kind of bummed as this story unfolded because of how Elphaba was portrayed. I don't want to say much more in case I spoil it for anyone else except to say that the ending warmed this old romantic's heart.

Weekends never seem to last long enough. Can't believe it's almost Monday again.

It's that time again. What's up for the weekend?

It has been a long week here and I can't wait for two days off. We are keeping it low key since my son has been ill, and there will be a lot of homework catch up, so that should be "fun"...
I am hoping a friend will meet for a margurita tomorrow evening.

The Wicked Witch of the West's flying monkey's in HD. I'll bring the popcorn!

It's not too cold outside, so I'm definitely going out tonight. Prob. hit up a bar or something. Today is my friend's birthday.

Happy Birthday to your friend. Have a great time and stay safe. Doing our usual old married couple stay at home Friday night but we're going out to dinner tomorrow.

Alan, I am so glad you loved Wicked!

I am excited because we have people coming over for the live Supercross race tomorrow. That is going to be so fun because my new God Daughter will be here! She is such a cute little awesome baby. And I will hold her all night as she watches her first live Supercross race with me!!
