I'm currently 91 pages into a piece of prose about a corporate lawyer. It's definitely the longest thing I've managed to write.

    What's everybody else working on?

A new twist on writing: a story that plays out like a silent movie completed with exaggerated humor and slapstick comedy.

I am just restoring my stream of consciousness.

Retiring special education teacher. Tired of the nonsense. Transitioning into a writing career and looking to do a little advocacy.

“Sometimes you climb out of bed in the morning and you think, I'm not going to make it, but you laugh inside — remembering all the times you've felt that way.”

In between I am blogging and being an annoyance on C-D...

I suddenly have like 5 or 6 projects I am involved in. I have put the poetry book on hold as I work with the idea of adding graphics on some of the pages and I also need to get a cover of some type. I am also developing a story based on the early years of the Big 3 and the antics / lifestyle of the founders.
I am dabbling with an autobiographical piece similar to This Boy's Life written Tobias Wolff with a twist of Charles Bukowski on the side.
Today I started another project--also autobiographical in nature--that is based on my experiences in the special education classroom.

Appearently I have a stronger leaning towards the autobiographical style. I am aware that it flows so much easier when I am writing the biography. Much more natural tahn when I am trying to pen straight fiction.

    Hello friends,

I am in a big rush finalizing a design project presentation for an add agency...so many drawings and details not to forget...luckily for me, weather is horrible, so I don't feel I am missing something outside my home office!

    Regards
    Steven
