OH, have to look at history here - The Free Luv, casual sex era that I was part of. It wasn't considered an indecent proposal for a guy or a girl to just say let's fuck - and then do it.
When I was a cute boy in the French Quarter, quite a few old gay men made indecent proposals to me on the sidewalk - but that is the nature of cruising and teasing. Can't be offended by it. If I was I suppose I woulda put on more clothes than a pair of cutoff denim shorts.

LOL funny you should mention this, there is an older woman at my job who is in a professional position. She always touches me like on the shoulder or the back of my head and is constantly staring at my crotch when I am talking with her. I know what she wants but she ain't getting it from me!

Yup. One time i was at a bookstore at the mall and this guy and me made eye contact. Then he (to put it delicately) "EXPOSED" himself to me. Just pulled it out and wagged it at me. I'm NO prude but that didnt set right with me so I just walked away before anybody else saw.
