I am not. When we were kids my mother gave us a basic idea of how it was done but thankfully we've never had to be called on it.

It's a requirement of my job so I've been certified for years and even seen the changes in how it is done.
Luckily have never had to put it in practice. As one old firefighter instructor once put it, it is one thing to give mouth-to-mouth to a close friend or family member, another to a dirty old homeless person with blisters on their mouth.

I used to lifeguard. So yes I am, but probably could use a refresher course.
