Depends if it's some loud, obnoxious ringtone. If it rings lightly and they hurry up and turn it off......then I don't mind.

Yes. I was at my school library the other day, trying to use the computer and this lady with her 2 kids came in making noise....so of course it was no surprise when the bitch's phone went off about 3 times. And her ring was loud. When you're in a quiet environment, turn that shit off....or put it on vibrate.
