Imagine you met someone that was funny, honest, outgoing, and the two of you really got along well. The problem is that u didnt feel the "chemistry click" of attraction. Would you continue to date them thinking that with time, the person would become more attractive to you, or would you end it because chemistry is important?

Chemistry is definetly important. I would not make a commitment and give it a second shot and if I didn't feel it, then its over.

I would just remain friends with the person.

Why would I stop dating someone who was funny, honest, outgoing, and the two of us really got along well just because I didn't feel some natural bond? Would I marry them? Probably not.

Done that before and it never happens. I once conned myself into thinking I was in love. Early on I wasn't feeling the chem there even though for all intents and purposes nothing was wrong. I was bored and this person was a catch so I kept at it. We were together for 6 months and I really believed I was in love. I don't handle breakups well and remember thinking that if something went wrong and it ended I would be a wreck over it. When we did breakup, I was fine the next day. I wasn't in love.
