I have a gap between my two front teeth and have always hated them. But it isn't that bad.

Not an issue. I've got gaps, nothing you can kick a field goal through so it doesn't bother me. What I find hard to look at is people that their teeth are all jammed on top of each other.

Within reason. If you can stick an index finger between the teeth I think it's a bit much. Less than that, no biggie.

I'll be the shallow one and say that I don't find gaps particularly attractive. I think dental work is a good investment.

I don't think they look bad. Most men pull it off well. For the women, it is not always the case, but usually doesn't look bad.

If the person is extremely attractive, I can most likely overlook it.
But anybody less than hot needs to invest in braces, because I've probably already forgiven enough "not as attractive" attributes as it is.
I'm a stickler for good teeth. Same goes for dry, dusty lips and unnecessary stains. Just fix it already.
