No on both counts.
It's funny, people run in marathons partly because it's great exercise but the first thing we learned about them in school was the first runner dropped dead right after finishing, that's supposed to be healthy?

No and I prob would if I dedicate myself to train for it. But I don't have the patience. A marathon is not something you just up and run in.
