Yea, i have, when Ive seen a few split ends or something. I've also given myself bangs before too, anything beyond that i'll go to salon.

A couple of times, first when I was 9, I was trying to get the split ends off and chopped off 4 inches and my mom had a fit. The next time was a few years ago, but seeing as how I can't see the back, I leave that to my mother to cut.

I have shaved my head, but never actually gave myself a hair cut. My uncle bought me a set of clippers for Christmas one year that I have still never used.

I will probably reach the point where clippers will be used on my whole head but until then I will rely on my barber.

When I had shoulder length hair I periodically cut split ends. When it was shorter but sorta shag, I used one of those razor cutters and a comb to trim it.
For about fifteen years I have been cutting my own hair with clippers. Put on one length and go all over my head and beard until it doesn't cut anything else. Can't see wasting money at a barber with half a head of hair.
