Would you rather have a cake that is decorative, with wording, fancy designs and candy decorations or just one with plain icing?

Re: Decorative cakes or plain?
For my birthday I've always had a decorated one, though sometimes it's hard coming up with something my mother can do. Last year she put the Cheshire cat on and we all thought that would be about impossible. other times she did the General Lee, the Reboot icon, the Highlander claymore, etc. In general though plain's fine, it all eats the same.

I'd rather have a delicious cake. It really doesn't matter.

Fancy cakes are not at all worth the money unless someone does them at home.

Honestly, it doesn't much matter to me. But, hey, may as well go grand if that's an option.
