| I remember seeing this movie on video at my grandma's house when I was a little kid. My uncles and older cousins had rented it, but it didn't hold my attention (despite how dirty it was.) A year or so later, when I was about ten or eleven, I made a big deal out of wanting to rent it from the video store; making up some BS excuse as to why. My parents allowed it. When it was over, my mom said to me that she had heard of the movie and knew very well why I wanted to see it (because of the sex), and humored me. See, sometimes, I think parents need to go ahead and humor their kids when it comes to letting them see things that they would normally object to. Let them have that growing experience. Anyway, did you see this movie? | |

| Funny you bring this up, Chris, I was going to mention the same movie. I've seen all three of them, Porky's, Porky's II: The Next Day, and Porky's Revenge. Oddly enough, Porky's II DOESN'T have Porky in it but it's still my favorite, it doesn't have the Lassie (aaaooooooow!) bit in it but it's still funny as hell. | |

| This has come up before but Bob Clark (RIP), the writer director of this raunchy surprise hit also did a number of more family oriented films such as A Christmas Story and Baby Geniuses. Another one was the lesser known Turk 182 (1985). Kim Cattrall had a bigger part in that as Timothy Hutton's love interest. Ooh oo...he also did Murder By Decree, a Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper story. Christopher Plummer as Holmes and James Mason as Watson. I forget how versatile he (Clark) was. He and his son were killed by a drunk driver on the same date as MLK's assassination and my pop's birth. | |
