| I just had a can of Frijoles Negros tonight (Beats cooking dried beans all day). I keep canned foods around for convenience and a stock for hurricanes. | |

| baked beans and tuna.
i have not had any canned foods since i started getting schwans delivered... OMG.. their frozen fruits/veggies are sooo good it tastes like you have a garden in the yard! everything is so crunchy and fresh.. rahter than the canned veggies that are just limp and tasteless. | |
