I just had a can of Frijoles Negros tonight (Beats cooking dried beans all day). I keep canned foods around for convenience and a stock for hurricanes.

Tuna, pears (although we canned our own last year), pumpkin, peaches, baked beans, spaghetti sauces, some soups, beans.

baked beans and tuna.

i have not had any canned foods since i started getting schwans delivered... OMG.. their frozen fruits/veggies are sooo good it tastes like you have a garden in the yard! everything is so crunchy and fresh.. rahter than the canned veggies that are just limp and tasteless.

I like the vegetables they put in the Chicken Alfredo and Shrimp Pasta kits.

Tuna. I don't buy much canned veggies. And I like Manwich sauce in a can. Great for my chillis.
