Have you ever heard anyone refer to their ex as such?

I don't hear it often, but seems like it is happening more and more. I know somebody who bitches about her son's father regularly on FB, calling him, "sperm donor." (the topic of bashing your child's other parent via social networking is another thing that irks me!)

I don't care if the guy is a loser or not. That term is just classless.

If that's how the "incubator" wants to talk about me, oh well.

Honestly, I have never heard a kid do it. If I did, I would have to suspect that he/she heard it from mom or another family first. I truly believe that kids who don't see their dad, or like him or whatever don't really want to think that dad is just a sperm donor.

I think it's retarded for the most part too. You're the one who chose that 'sperm donor'.
