In general, do you think the terms wives/mothers and husbands/fathers have mutually exclusive responsibilities to the family, or is everything (barring childbirth) equally for grabs?

While responsibilities aren't fixed in stone, I think there's generally responsibilities that are best carried out by one or the other.
