| Depends. Most salads they offer with the entree suck and I only eat certain kinds of soup. | |

| Depends. I may opt for the soup if it sounds interesting and I didn't order a big meal. Unless I've been to the restaurant before, the salad can be a crap shoot. Some places give you some lettuce, a tomato wedge and some carrot shavings. | |

| I almost always get the salad. Soup to me is like a main course, rather than an appetizer. It fills me up and I won't be hungry for the rest of dinner. | |
