I have never understood this logic of kid sized beds for little kids and then when they're older getting them a full sized one. You KNOW they're going to outgrow it. Ever since I was too big for my crib I have always slept in a full sized double bed, naturally over the years the matress and bedding has been replaced but we never had the little kiddie beds...and maybe it's coincidence but we also were never put in playpens or high chairs, during the day we were always allowed to move around and explore the house, and at night when we outgrew our cribs we went straight to the same sized beds we're still sleeping in today. Anyone else?

I had a twin bed up until I was about twelve, then my parents got me a full sized bed.

Had a twin, then me and my sisters had a bunk bed with the bottom being a full size, which is the one I slept on. After both sisters moved out, we got rid of the bunk bed, and I went back to a twin.

I had a twin bed growing up. Didn't get a full sized bed until I was in my late teens.
