How often do you regret your purchases, or wish you had economized instead of splurging?

Not very often. I usually think about things first. I've thought a few times that maybe I should have waited but not really to the point of genuine regret.

Last thing I can remember buying that I regretted that much was some educational aid we were conned into buying when my daughter was in 1st grade or so.

i like to enjoy life and figure that you only live once, therefore i'm not cheap with myself. The only time that I felt regret was when I bought a car that wasn't as good as i was used to due to a financial situation. It was an excellent car, but i could really tell the difference in handling/driving compared to what i really wanted.
