Played it only once, many years ago as a teenager on a school trip. It was fun.

I played a few times years ago. I would definitely recommend a face mask besides the mandatory goggles. First time we played, a friend was shot in the mouth and his lip looked like there was a golf ball growing inside. We played a session in the morning and again after lunch. No one was very enthusiastic for the afternoon.

I haven't tried it and I have heard that it does sometimes hurt. So given that I can be a big baby, I would probably get pissed if someone shot me and it hurt.

Red, we saw a woman in another group wearing a catcher's chest protector. I just opted for the cup. Also something to cover the ears.

I've played before. Pretty fun, and yeah...you definitely need to make sure you wear proper protection.
