The Severed Arm, it's a bad, cheap 70s B picture, but freaky as hell, and totally didn't see that one coming. And I'm guessing anybody who has seen The Baby from I think 1981 they'll say the same thing, I only got halfway through it but that would be my opinion.

Sixth Sense. A lot of people say they knew he was dead, but it was a helluva surprise to me. I was shocked.

I have to say Primal Fear as well. Edward Norton's character really surprised me in the end.

Agree with Alan on No Way Out. I'd forgotten about that one.
Another one in a weird way would be The Usual Suspects. Figured it out pretty quick but then the movie convinced me I was wrong. I wasn't but I really have an appreciation for that kind of writing. Good on them for getting me like that.
