Bought the Ron Popeil Showtime knives. They're not spectacular & certainly not professional grade but they are worth the money. Bought a Smart Mop (think that's what they called it) what a POS.

When I was a kid before we got cable, I used to sometimes watch infomercials when they preceded a show that I was planning to watch. But I never bought anything.

I remember this one infomercial from the late 80s for Cigarrest (allegedly designed to help people stop smoking in seven days), hosted by EG Marshall and Florance Henderson.
