| When I was younger, I anticipated the new fall tv season and always looked forward to new shows...but between getting older, not always being home at night to watch tv AND (worst of all) all the soulless "reality tv" taking over the air, I haven't really been jazzed about the new fall season in quite a number of years. I really don't watch much of what's on tv now and the little bit I do is mostly shows I started watching years ago that are still on the air or reruns. This time though, I WANT to get into some new shows like I used to, but don't know what to check out.
Is there anything you're checking for this coming tv season? | |

| No. The problem (for me) is that there haven't been a lot of new shows premiering over the last 5-10 years. It's mostly returning series or new reality shows. I am so NOT into reality TV as a whole, and you can't really get into the new season of a show that's already been on for five that you never bothered to watch before. There isn't anything I'm looking forward to this new season. | |

ITA. Celebrated shows like Gossip Girl and How I Met Your Mother have been on for a hundred years, but I never bothered to watch so trying to come in now just seems pointless, even though they're popular and always being talked about. | |
