You mean plop the ice cream on top of the cake? No I would rather eat them separately.

Years ago I was turned on to this taste/temperature treat, the bitter hot coffee alternating with the sweet cold ice cream. WOW!

Yep. A scoop of ice cream either plopped on, or right beside a slice of cake. I'd prefer to eat them separately too; don't care for them running into each other.

You're not alone. I don't like the mixing of cake and ice cream either. I like them both by themselves, not together.
