Maybe I'm just a cold hearted SOB, but I wasn't at all charmed by Nate's yearning to help his broke mother with the money he stole. If he wants to help out at home, then he should ask Carlotta if she needs an extra set of hands to wash the dishes.

This is true but given how Lazy the teens are on that show, its no surprise to me. Markko is the only one that holds a job the rest of them are lazy moochers.
