Challanging authority.

Do you tend to resent, or at the very least 'leery of,' the man? If so, how quick are you to challenge authority?

In general, do you think that people who are quick to challenge authority help, or hurt, their cause?

My friend in Canada told me last night their news says we have a bio-terrorist warning in America...I checked our news, our paper, the internet, NOTHING...if whatever it is, is true and they're not telling us...you know, I can see them keeping us in the dark about something like that, though it's odd because they LOVE to say whatever will cause mass hysteria and a widespread panic.

Challenge I don't know about, but I definitely question it and I think more people should instead of just blindly being sheep doing whatever they're told and believing what everybody says.

There are a lot of ppl my age who believe in challenging authority, whether overtly or covertly.

Everyone who tokes a joint or drops a hit of acid is challenging authority. Until 1967 anyone making love in the South to someone of a different race challenged authority. Until 2003 any guy making love to another guy in those same backward states was challenging authority. Do you ever drive over the speed limit? Ever get paid in cash and not tell the IRS?

I question authority. I don't think that's the same thing.

. I'm not the pushover type. If you tell me something and I think it's wrong or I'm leery about how it affects me, I will question it. I won't be mean about it, but I'm not going to just rollover either.

I question authority and then I question those who question authority. So I think those who challenge authority oughta be challenged too.

I challenge it when its necessary but I can't stand those types who automatically dislike authority because its authority and go LOOKING to be difficult and defiant about adhering to rules or status quo.
