Cooked and raw. I like it sauteed dry in olive oil with garlic and cumin.

Spinach is ok but I prefer mustard or turnip greens.

Yes I do! I make a nice spinach bake when I am in the mood. I put two boxes of leaf spinach in a baking pan with a little olive oil, some sauteed onion slices and garlic slices then add 2 cans of sliced mushrooms on top. I bake this for about 15 minutes at 350 than add slices of American Cheese on top and bake till melted. Its very tasty!

I agree it's good in its raw form mixed in with other salad greens.
