| I always do hot. Most of my clothes are cotton and I have very oily skin. Need to get the oil out of the fiber and hot water does that. | |

| On whites I use hot/cold rinse, on colors I use warm/cold rinse or cold/cold rinse depending what it is, on sheets and towels I use warm/cold rinse. | |

| The only time I use hot is on non clothing items. Like if I need to wash some dish cloths, or something extra. On clothes, I set it to cold 90% of the time. | |
