Well you know people do what they want to do no matter what, if they want to sunbathe naked well thats their business, I don't see it as exploitative more exhibitionism, unless you mean the people taking pics of said bathers. What kind of stories do you write? Well, I don't mean people who do what they want no matter what. I kind of mean some of the parents who take minors to such places.(Unless that is illegal) And yes, taking pictures of said people falls into that category too I guess. Some aspects of it just seem a but exploitative, at least potentially. But we're getting off topic. I guess this'll have to get its own topic one day. I wrote a serial, and I completed a rough draft of 4 novels. I usually flock to emotional dramas but I frequent inject other elements prominently into the story such as maybe humor/quirky situations, action, etc.

Maybe, lol. Although my hope for them ever getting published is, low. I don't think they are any good. (I did base 2 of them off of fanfic OLTL stories I mentally developed tho)

| About the only time we go to the beach anymore is when our niece visits. Last week they were putting the chairs out at the pool. We're close. We're very close. Memorial Day Weekend is almost here! | |

| You know, I've finally been able to tear my eyes away to read the signs you're posing next to. "No loitering on walkovers" Was that ordinance necessary because of a weight limitation of the stucture? Is there a ban on binoculars and telescopes within a certain distance? | |

Actually, there is no structure. The walkway is a designated path thru the dunes (it is against the law to walk on the dunes and sea oats - destroys the storm barrier).
But that sign about loitering is to stop the gawkers who would block the path. As for binoculars, I've seen 'em - wish I had a pair just today to see why a helicopter was hovering just off the beach.
However, taking pics of ppl without their permission is discouraged and the cops will haul you away - if irate beachgoers don't give your camera a saltwater rinse off first.

| Probably the beach for me, especially ones on the ocean, but I don't mind lakes, either. The lakes are usually warmed to swim in. The ocean is fine for wading, but it can be cold to swim in. | |

Isn't there a lake nearby? At a nearby park, perhaps, but I'm not totally sure.

Indeed, and community pools are probably more lax when it comes to keeping them replenished with chlorine.

I've been in the pool every decent weekend since it opened Memorial Day weekend. It's open during the week now as well.
