The original Invasion of the Body Snatchers story, that became the movie which later spawned 3 sequels. Has anybody read it? I have once, after seeing the movie again I got the book from the library to re-read it, and the one they have includes movie stills and explains what chapter these scenes are in or if they weren't in the original story.
One minor change that always bugged me was in the movie Wilma just said her uncle wasn't her uncle, but never a word about her aunt; but in the original story she said both her uncle and aunt had been replaced and weren't her family. That makes more sense than just the uncle being the first one replaced, I think so anyway. Anybody else read this one?
