    What are two things or two names that you KNOW what the difference in them is but you always get one confused for the other?

    A big one for me is Mark Harmon (CSI, Summer School) and Mark Hamill (Star Wars, Batman TAS).

    I used to confuse Nick Nolte and Gary Busey all the time.

    I'm sure there are a few more, but that's off top of my head.
