Verizon twisted my arm because my contract was up. I got an LG 4G phone. Have no clue if its a good one but its loaded with apps that I am sure I won't use since I hardly use my cell phone.

I had an LG phone about five years ago. They're okay, but I found that the memory ran down quickly. Of course it wasn't a new 4G, so that may not be something you're afflicted with.

But that was more about the other apps and features (like internet browsing, etc., etc.) The phone part worked fine.

I have internet browsing on it too!!!
I do have 15 days to return it if I want. I was going to get the Samsung phone but the sales guy recommended the LG

It's not a smartphone but I can access the internet on it but I have an LG & I love it! Had it not quite a year. About all I use the internet for is checking scores & stuff. But it holds up pretty good.
