    Metamucil Empty Metamucil

    Does anybody else take a fiber supplement? Metamucil, Benefiber....or just lot's of broccoli?


    I'll admit, I have a thing for pink lemonade Metamucil! Folks think I'm abnormal but I'm pretty "regular"! joker

    The subject hasn't come up lately, though one thing I did find out, whatever they say about prunes, it's a damn lie, I could eat three bags of those nasty things, nothing. Though I do like those Superfruit 1 kind or whatever, individually wrapped in a clear tube, those are good but any other kind, no
