I never saw it, but I remember the box cover at the video store. It looked good, but I didn't rent it.

I love macabre movies, and this is as macabre as it gets. I'm glad Kim didn't do the movie, only because I think Penn was a better choice for the role, anyway.
I liked the movie but it certainly isn't for everyone.

Oh, and one thing! There's that one horrid line in the movie when Julian tells Penn that it isn't her beauty that he loves, but what what she is "inside". And I rememebr thinking out loud, "What??? She's a f-----g bitch!"

A pathetic piss-ant (Julian) falls obsessively in love with a narcissistic bitch (Penn), who rejects him cruelly. He kidnaps her, removes her limbs (first the legs then the arms. . . I think he was a surgeon but am not certain about this), and he keeps her captive at night in a box. (The idea supposedly came from the truly crime story, Perfect Victim.)
Once she becomes completely limbless she also succumbs to dependency on the dumb bastard, even falls in love with him. But I'll leave the rest alone in case you want me to spoil the ending.
