    Maybe 3 times a week? but it can vary.

    It varies through the week but usually I lay down sometime in the afternoon. It's funny as a kid I HATED taking naps, I would fight it, and these days, it's certainly different, but these days I only sleep about 4-5 hours during the night so I guess it balances out.

    I never plan naps but sometimes I get overwhelmingly tired in the afternoon and will lay down to see what happens. Sometimes I fall asleep, other times just rest and get back up.

    I was feeling like that just now, after biking back from the movies in hot steamy weather but seem to be reviving in the A/C.

    I might doze for a few minutes on the weekend now and then but never during the week. I think my wife was a cat in a previous life.

    I come from a family of nappers and am no different. And I can nap easily, anywhere. During winter I often nap during my lunch hours, or breaks, maybe even a short snooze when I get home.

    I do NOT like to doze off in mass transit (like to be aware of what's around me), but it happens.

    Some mornings when I am reading my book I tend to doze off on the train but its pretty safe.
