    Aside from things that *must* be cold, like ice cream, is there any food that you prefer cold/raw instead of it being warmed/cooked.

    I think ham tastes better cold or no warmer than room temp. Heating it up does something to the flavor.

    As I posted in the leftovers thread, Fried chicken and Chinese taste good cold. Also turkey.

    Hmmm....tuna fish tastes better when it's not hot. That's about the only one I can think of right now.

    If I have ham for christmas, I always like eating it afterwards after it's cooled down, or preferrably afterwards after it's been in the fridge for a while.
