Yes, I was escorted out of a bar, after I fell on the dance floor, they said I was too tipsy... they obviously didn't see what shoes I had on. I returned the next night, and didn't step on dance floor.

I don't believe so. I've carried a few female acquaintances out of bars but was never asked to leave.

Nope. But about 11 years ago I and a girlfriend were told to leave the restaurant because others needed the table. We weren't there as long as the stressed-out waiter thought we were, and it got ugly. My friend raised the fuss with him and the owner; I made the mess on the table before quietly walking out.
