To me, it will always be a good lyric.

What is more sentimental....a great verse in a song or a great line in a movie?

I can go either way with this. Sometimes a song can affect me by the lyrics alone but many times it's the combination of the lyrics and music together. Sometimes a line in a movie is enough but sometimes it needed a visual context too. If you take a sad lyric and put it to an upbeat tune or vise versa, I think you may not get the same emotional response.
