I tried a can years ago out of curiosity. It was a great laxative.

I've tasted their shakes. They weren't as bad as I'd thought they'd be....but nah. Don't fuck with Slim Fast or any other "weight loss" food. Just be mindful and control your portions.

I've never tried to lose weight with them, but I have tasted some of their products for the hell of it. Their strawberry and vanilla shakes are actually pretty good.

Their food is just as fattening as the candy bars at the store and the shakes at Micky D's.

I've never had their food or their shakes. My roommate buys shakes every now and then, but never had the urge to ask and try one.

Like Chris said, I never went on a quest to lose weight with their food but I have tasted some of it just to see what it was like. Their snacks aren't half bad.

I like the dark chocolate royale old school shakes, one of my favorite treats at work was to pop one in the freezer for a while and hope I caught it before it went from slush to ice block! They're not too economical right now, though, and I wouldn't suggest using it as a meal replacement.

I tried one of the shakes back in the early-90's and thought it was awful. But they've probably improved the taste since then.
