Yep but in small doses because it's so sweet. Very easy to make.

Yes, but we only make it at Christmas, but it is SO good, that'll be the first thing to disappear instead of the cookies or candied pretzels or peppermint ice.

It is definitely off my diet, but I love it. That pic looks like the commercial stuff that is too smooth and emulsified, which I don't care for. I like the fudge that sort of crumbles in your mouth like the chocolate flavored sugar it is. Has to be made at home - like real Pralines in New Orleans.

That's how it looks when I make it. I will not put nuts or mini-marshmallows in mine.

Yes! But while I prefer mine smooth, I have to agree with Shale about those heavenly Nawlin's pralines (which I prefer a little bit grainy).
