Life’s endless blows will continue to disintegrate you but only if you allow it. Find whatever it is inside you, that solitary place of refuge where solace can be found, re-gather and re-group all the ingredients that create the individual resilience we have when we are challenged.

Believe me; life’s trails won’t stop no matter how straight you think your path is. Use it, absorb it and drape that thick leather skin you now have from surviving and making it through.

The moment you say ‘I’ve been through worse” and know you have then nothing can bring you down no matter how inconspicuous the exit is, it is there your just not looking hard enough.
