I would return to New York City for at least a month. The 10 days I spent there in '08 barely scratched the surface. I would also make side trips to Upstate or even Philadelphia. (That trip was the first and only time I'd ever been east.)

Bora Bora or Tahiti. Or Durban. I would just stay for a vacation.
