    Are you naturally thin, naturally chubby, or somewhere in the middle?

    Does your weight fluctuate, or do you tend to stay one size?

    i've always been big. i have a great deal of muscle mass and will lose about 80 pounds at a time every few years.. then gain it back a few years later. At my smallest, my body likes to stay at 175, at my heaviest about 250. But at 175 which sounds heavy, i wear a size 8 which does not sound heavy. Once i went below that and my face looked so sunken in that i looked sick and my mother insisted that i go to the doctor... i just didnt look right.

    I've been big for several years and I can't lose weight to save my life but somehow I put about 10 on every year.

    I'm in the middle. My weight doesn't fluctuate drastically like that, I'll gain 10 lbs and I'll lose 10 lbs. Unlike most women, it's not hard for me to lose weight, just have to watch what I eat.

    I don't know how tall you are, but if you're 175 and tall....that's not 'fat' at all.

    I have always been on the thin to average size. Check my Av pic for my bod now and my sig pic for when I was early 20s. I have put on the normal age related weight and now have to watch my diet and exercise to keep from getting a big gut, something I did not do before 40.
