Let's talk about those tend-to-be-forgotten shows that didn't last very long. Maybe they only made it a few episodes, or lasted a season or so. Are there any shows you remember that got yanked quickly?

To get the ball rolling, does anyone remember Hull High? It aired on NBC during the 1990-91 season; but only lasted a few episodes. It was a high school musical series; sort of like Glee, but more heterosexual.
It featured Carl Payne (Cockroach, The Cosby Show; Cole, Martin.)

Kolchak: The Night Stalker
and when we were kids, my brother loved Hey Dude! on Nickelodeon, it was only 13 episodes.

I don't remember this one.

There was a comedy called Committed that I really liked, but it was only on for a season. I think it would have done well if given more of a chance. Plus, the drama What About Brian was pretty good, but got yanked after a season or maybe two.

Remember NEARLY DEPARTED? The show about a family that moves into a dead couples old house, while the dead couples spirits still lived there....nobody could see or hear them except for the grandfather.

When I was a kid Ann Jillian played a ghost in "Jennifer Slept Here". She was an actress that died in her house, and when a new family moved in only the 11yr old boy could see her. I still remember the damn theme song!

Love Sydney (1981) was based on a tv movie about an openly gay man, however, the network didn't think it could get sponsorship so they "toned down his gayness". It was a cute show.
Brothers (1984) was a showtime series about a gay guy and his two brothers... was great, and a good step forward for gays on tv
Journey Man (2007) time travel show
It's a living (1980) was about employees in a bar/restaurant setting
A few years ago there was this show called October Road - about a guy who after HS left town for 10 years and when he came back, he reconnected with his old girlfriend and the son he didn't know he had.
It seemed interesting but they could never find a stable audience for it and it was yanked after an unstable season.
