I'll start with shitlisting snow in October--way too early for that crap, and we're getting more tomorrow!:

My friend Tyson is on my shitlist.

Yes, Hyacinth, that IS crappy! I shiver just looking at it.

Mine, it's an invalid brother-in-law milking it for all its worth. Son and DIL are taking care of him, and they do a stupendous job. But he stubbornly refuses to cooperate and do what he's supposed to do to improve himself. He likes being babied. Meanwhile, the son and DIL are past burn-out, and the SHE confided in me last night that she is dangerously close to just leaving. Sad situation. But I don't feel sorry for him anymore.

My jackass neighbors who don't know how to park.

Nobodys/nothings on my shit list.

That's a shame. Who is he married to and what's his disability? Maybe it's time for him to find out that the helping hand he's looking for is at the end of his sleeve.

He himself isn't married (he was a young widower). He was a nurse. Had a aneurism, big stroke. Can talk, and feeling is coming back to his limbs s-l-o-w-l-y. But he balks his PT, and the fighting tires his son out. Worse, while he was hospitalized they found cancer that he may or may not be able to conquer.

Husband and I can't help wondering if he isn't partaking of a little "pay-back". He had his share of trouble with this son for a long time, so we can't help wondering if there isn't an agenda behind the stubborn behavior. Have to say, though ~ he is constantly kept clean and shown a lot of love. Yes, it's a shame.

A crappy situation for sure. Too bad he can't take satisfaction in that his son turned it around. I hope they can come to terms and find peace before it's too late.

The Refuse (Trash collectors) of Oak Park are on my shit list, because for three weeks in a row they have refused to take this broken down desk that I keep sitting out on the curb for garbage day.

My English instructor is on my shitlist. Which is why I boycotted going to her class on Monday.

My car is on my shit list. I blew a tire Thursday night and when I went to put the spare on, I couldn't for the fucking life of me loosen one of the nuts. I called one of my friends to do it and he couldn't loosen it either. So now I have a flat tire will either have to drive to the tire shop and let them do it, or tow it there.

That sucks. Sorry to hear that. If you haven't already tried it, I suggest putting some lubricant like liquid wrench, WD-40, etc. on it. If you can find a 2 to 3 ft. piece of pipe that you can slip over the lug wrench (L shaped?) it will give better leverage. Good luck.

I shitlist no school snow-days on Halloween--what the hell??? We got over a foot of snow this weekend, they cancelled school and trick or treat for tonight!

Yes! And also the Ass-hats who form a line with their not-cleaned-off cars, down the middle of the road, clogging traffic, to get into the one freakin' Dunkin Donuts that's open around here to get their goddamn coffee that they can't go a day without! LOL
