Not including work (if you work the late shift), how often do you leave the house after midnight to do things like shop, or meet up with people?

I do that a lot. I'll meet up with people after midnight. Depends on where we are going.

I used to do that a lot too, but have since calmly slowed that down over these past few months.

NONE! Not for other people.

I'm a little bit of a night owl and go to bed later than I should. But in the wee hours of midnight to two a.m., that is time for ME (read, TV, tasks, maybe even housework). I don't like to socialize at those hours.

As for arising in the wee hours (like my neighbor who gets up at 4 a.m.) ~ NO WAY!

I have done that but not recently.

Not that often really. I may not come in until after midnight but if I am already in the house then not much is getting me to go out . . . 'cept maybe a booty call! big grin

I guess this can be my answer to the "what are you too old to do anymore" topic.

I don't do it too often unless I'm really comfortable with the person/people I'm going out to meet. And even then I'll scold them on how late it is. Every once in a while if I'm bored and the weather is decent, I might make a late walmart trip.

All the time. I'm a night owl. At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I might be sleep....but at 2 in the morning I'm usually up and down to get into something....

I'm the same way. My grocery store is 24hrs and on a almost semi-regular basis, I'll go shopping at 11pm or at 6am. If nothing else, at least there aren't any crowds!
