Off top of my head right now, Kim Kardashian.

I wouldn't know about when they talk, except maybe Jessica Simpson, because I don't listen to them, but stupid in general I'd have to say Lindsay Lohan for sure.

Linday Lohan, Jessica & Ashley Simpson, Tara Reid.

Beyonce. She has terrible diction and she's country as hell. It's painfully obvious academics wasn't a big priority in her household.
