Re: Daylight Savings Time
I was appreciating it until my daughter kept waking me up. Like this one much more than the one in the spring even though the longer daylight is nice.

Re: Daylight Savings Time
We don't do daylight savings. So we never "gain" or "lose" an hour.
That must be weird to do.

Re: Daylight Savings Time
I like it! Gasped when I saw the time this morning, then my husband reminded me it was only 8:15!

That must be sane to do.
Not fucking up your biorhythms two times a year. There are studies showing the ill-effects of changing normal sleep patterns (more accidents for the next couple of weeks and an overall shortening of life span) and yet we keep doing it.

Re: Daylight Savings Time
It's throwing me off. Having to go through and reset all my clocks is annoying.

Re: Daylight Savings Time
I'd think it would be more confusing for people who don't reset their clocks because you'd always be an hour different than everyone else.

Re: Daylight Savings Time
MYTH: You gain an hour of sleep
REALITY: Bullshit
I went to bed at my regular time (new time) and my body woke up at my regular time (old time) so I am an hour less sleep today.

Re: Daylight Savings Time
I like it. An hour doesn't affect me much one way or the other.

Re: Daylight Savings Time
Fortunately many of my clocks come with DST activated so they reset themselves.

Not really, nothing changes for me. It's more confusing to me you guys have to change your clocks twice a year. Nothing confusing about not having to do anything. One thing I don't like are tv shows now starting an hour later.
