Take heart TNT er VNT fans. I'm hearing Trevor St. John (Victor) will in fact make some kind of a return appearance to One Life to Live before the show goes off the ABC airwaves! I have no deets on when or how Todd's (Roger Howarth) brother and Tea's embryo daddy—who was gunned down in his living room earlier this year—will reappear in Llanview (Ghostly? In the flesh? As the figment of someone's imagination?), but I expect it will be epic!

Seems like someone is going to die and they are conjuring up a big heaven storyline.

I don't think TSJ's return would be for a heaven storyline. (Poor guy, even Tea thinks he's burning. sad

I hope he comes back as living, but you know that this will just be someone's hallucination. Probably Téa's since she's pregnant. It's my understanding that PP wants TSJ back, but isn't interfering with ABC's closure of the show and since ABC doesn't give a damn about TSJ, a dream sequence is probably all we can hope for for now.
