How would you react to it if someone who wasn't your preferred gender were to flirt with you?

It's happened to me several times and I didn't like it at all. But I've always been very civil about it.

The last one was a WTF moment in New Orleans two years ago and I had to forcefully push the girl off me.

It has happened to me but I have pretty much reacted the way I would if someone of the preferred gender hit on me and I wasn't interested. It most always worked.

"Thanks but no thanks."

Only once when a Lesbian acquaintance literally hit on me physically did I push back and told her if she didn't respect my preference I would not respect hers.

She pretty much avoided me after that.

It's never happened and I'm not sure how I would react to that. I honestly hope it never does, because I probably wouldn't have all that cute a reaction.

I love it when girls flirt with me actually. Its real flattering to me.

I wouldn't let it bother me at all. But the one time a girl did hit on me, it pissed me off...only because I knew her and did not like her at all. Back in 1997 on New Year's Eve, a lesbian at the bar I was always at hit on me. She was always such a bitch otherwise, and she knew I wasn't a lesbian. We used to shoot pool together all the time, and she was never nice to me, but apparently got drunk enough to come on to me. She would never shake my hand after a pool game saying she was afraid of germs, yet on that night she tried to kiss me.

I'd prob. flirt right back with her, but I'll let her know that it most definitely will not go anywhere. I don't carpet munch.
